Easter Troubles

So according to my itinerary, I'm supposed to be in Andalucia during Easter week. However, as I'm starting to discover, everywhere cheap is booked solid. I'm not very good about booking things in a timely manner. I don't want to worry about where I'm staying, but alas, now I have to. I'm thinking maybe of staying in a very small town next to Ronda. But how I'm going to get to the bigger cities is beyond me! Hitchhiking maybe?
